Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but 8 hours of sleep is not always created equal.

Melatonin, nutrition, and the number of hours you sleep are all important, but it won't tie together without the right circadian rhythm.

If you're sleeping 8 hours from midnight to 8 AM, that is not the same as sleeping 8 hours from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Your body runs on a very specific clock, just like the earth. To be dialed in to that clock, there are so many steps to take throughout a day.
