About Jared

It only took 15 years in the NBA, 3 overseas in Italy, and 10 as an honorary member of the 1990s Chicago Bulls to realize that basketball and health are one in the same.

That we cannot expect greatness in the game of life - or the game of basketball - until we achieve greatness with our bodies and minds.
