I love this light because it adds more heat in the sauna, plus I can take it out of the sauna to treat specific pain areas. This doubles as a red light device! For example - I hurt my ankle, I can put this on it to help heal.

How I set my sauna up to make this work in a 1 bedroom apartment:

I bought the following three items:

1) Sauna Space Infrared 4 Light Panel (first picture)

2) Sauna Space Photon Lamp (second picture) (more optional, but I think it's definitely worth it to include)

3) Canvas Sauna Tent from Etsy (get it with the floor cover and the right size for your space).

I put the 4 light panel on one side of the teepee, and the Photon Lamp on the other side - these emit heat.

It takes 5 minutes to set it all up, and requires no skill.

This also doubles as red light therapy. If I want red light without sweating, I can just keep the teepee open.

Your other option is to buy the entire sauna - either Faraday or Luminati - from Sauna Space. I personally like my setup better, but maybe this appeals to you - it is beautiful.
